Dr. Raghul V. Rajan is an Assistant Professor of English in Aligarh Muslim
University (AMU) Centre Malappuram, Kerala. Before joining AMU, he served
in the Department of English of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit,
Kalady Kerala. His research interests are in Environmental Humanities and
Critical Theory. He has published six research articles and seven research
papers in national seminars. His doctoral dissertation Ontological Desire in
Updike’s Fiction: A Lacanian Reading was adjudged as best PhD Thesis in English
literature in Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Keralaand won Dr
Suvarna Nalapat Trust Puraskaram in 2017. He passed his graduation in English
from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam with first rank. Currently he is the
convener of IQACand Deputy Proctor of AMU Centre Malappuram and Research
Fellow at National Film Archives of India, Govt of India.
