MR. AKSHAY HONMANE

                                Independent Researcher, International Relations
                                and Diplomacy

           Mr. Akshay Honmane is a Foreign Policy Consultant at Positive Performance
           Consulting in Singapore. He is presently researching on US and India’s Foreign
           Policy focusing on the Indo-Pacific Strategy. He holds a Master’s Degree in
           Political Science and International Relations and qualified the University
           Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test to be an Assistant Professor. He
           specializes in global diplomacy, state and societies in Canada, Latin America
           and European Union.

           His focus areas are Foreign Policy Analysis, Indo-Pacific Studies and Global
           Environmental Politics. He comes with a varied research experience from
           India’s premier think tank National Maritime Foundation, New Delhi. He has
           represented India in the 3rd International Trade Congress in Argentina and
           presented his research on Indo-Baltic partnership.  He has also previously
           served as a Researcher to the Maritime History Society, Mumbai.











                                MS. HEENA SOFI

                                Phd Candidate, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai

           Heena Sofi is an Independent Researcher in the field of Socio-Economic,
           Cultural and Maritime history of India. She is pursuing PhD at SNDT Women’s
           University, Mumbai. She completed her Graduation from Sophia College,
           University of Mumbai in the year 2012. She completed her MA in Political
           Science 2014 and an MA in History in 2017 from SNDT Women’s University.
           While pursuing her Masters, she worked intensively at Mani Bhavan Gandhi
           Sangrahalya in 2014 and Godrej Archives in 2017, as Research Intern.
