Indian Council of World Affairs

Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) promotes the study of Indian Foreign Policy and International affairs through creating awareness in recognized Indian universities and colleges through ICWA Engages, an Outreach Programme. 

Started in 2016, under this programme, ICWA Research Faculty visits Universities and Colleges across India to deliver guest lectures and engage with the students & the faculty, to  create awareness about India’s foreign policy interests & international affairs. 

While ICWA bears travel expenses of the ICWA Research Faculty, the cost of local hospitality (accommodation, local transportation) is borne by the University/College.

Universities and Colleges are invited to take part in this programme by sending an email with

(i)  An introduction to the institution,

(ii)  documents supporting accreditation status;

(iii)  the topic of the lecture;

(iv)  the format of engagement; and

(v)  consent to offer local hospitality.
