Research
The ICWA research faculty comprises of Director (Research)
and six Research Fellows. The focus of research at ICWA
is on the political, economic and security developments
in India’s immediate and extended neighborhood.
The faculty members also follow trends and development
in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the United States.
The Research Fellows contribute, Issue briefs, Policy Briefs, Viewpoints on regular basis which are
published on the ICWA website. The Sapru House Papers that are designed to provide in-depth analysis
of key foreign policy issues to stimulate debate and discussions. Besides, books by the research faculty
are also published.
The ICWA Fellows actively participate in international conferences both in India and abroad,
contribute papers to Indian and foreign scholarly journals, and take part in workshops, lectures,
and seminars.
The above activities are resulting in academic networking, promoting synergy in
multi-disciplinary research and in expanding ICWA's research capacity and profile.
